You can place an order directly through our website. Just select your items, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000. Shipping charges for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pincode and courier availability. We ship through trusted partners like DTDC, Delhivery, ST Courier, Franch Express, and India Post.
We accept secure online payments via UPI, debit cards, and credit cards. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Cancellations are allowed only before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID to cancel.
If the product is damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, please share an unedited opening video within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund after verification.
Currently, we do not offer pickup. Customers are requested to courier the defective product back to us for verification and replacement.
