1. Serviceable Locations

We deliver to almost every location across India, including metro cities, tier-2 towns, and rural areas. If we are unable to service your location, our team will contact you directly to find an alternative solution.

2. Order Processing Time
  • Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed within 24 hours of placement.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time Estimates
  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on two factors:

  • Order Value

  • Delivery Pincode

The exact shipping cost (if any) will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you make payment. We may offer free shipping on eligible orders based on promotions or thresholds (e.g., orders above ₹499).

  • Delhivery

We assign couriers based on speed, service availability, and location.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send:

  • A tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email

  • Updates about your delivery status

7. Failed Delivery or Delays

Delays or delivery failures may occur due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

In such cases, we will attempt redelivery or contact you to resolve the issue.

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel is:

  • Damaged or tampered: Do not accept it. Contact us immediately with photos.

  • Marked as delivered but not received: Report within 48 hours of delivery update.

We will initiate a courier investigation and provide a resolution promptly.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
