General Policy
At babydoo, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully check and verify the quality of every product before shipping. However, in rare cases of damage during transit or if you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for a replacement.
No Return or Exchange
Products once delivered are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design/color, or ordering the wrong item.
Order Cancellation Policy
At Babydoo, cancellations are accepted only before the order is shipped. Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us via email at babydoo.co.in@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your order ID. We will process your cancellation request promptly.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will be provided only under the following conditions:

The product is physically damaged during shipping

You have received an incorrect item

You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

You share a clear, unedited opening video showing the package being opened from start to end
Please note that any damage to the outer packaging, dents on the tins, or issues with the courier’s wrapping or cover will not be considered product damage and are not eligible for claims.
Without the opening video, we will not be able to process your request. This policy helps us prevent misuse and ensures fair handling of genuine cases.
Steps to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

Record an unedited video while opening the package

Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order details and the video evidence

Wait for verification by our support team (2–3 business days)
Please note, we currently do not offer a pickup service. Customers are kindly requested to send the defective product back to us via courier for replacement processing.
Resolution
Upon successful verification, we will send a replacement product (same or equivalent item) or refund the item value and same will be processed within 2 to 4 business daysRefunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days.
